Andrej Karpathy
Finish under the hood. What a large language model is, how it is trained, and where it is heading. Recorded in late 2023, so some product details have moved on, but the mental model holds up.
Turn watching into doing
After watching, pick one recurring task in your week. Write down its inputs, the result you want, and what you would need to check before using that result. Start with that one task.
