Here is the Unslop skill from the video.
Open the original Unslop skill on GitHub
Open the plain-text skill file
Use it on your next draft
Open the plain-text file above. Copy its instructions into your AI chat, followed by the draft you want edited. Then add:
Edit this draft using the Unslop rules. Keep my meaning and voice. Do not add facts or claims. Return the edited draft, followed by any factual claims I should check.
This uses the instructions directly. It does not install a plugin.
What it does
Unslop checks writing for common AI habits, rewrites it, and checks it again. Its rules cover filler, vague sources, inflated language and repetitive phrasing. It also asks for clearer sentences and concrete wording.
Read the result before you publish. Keep the changes that sound like you.
A quick example
An illustrative before-and-after, written for this guide:
Before: Our innovative solution facilitates seamless collaboration across your organisation.
After: Your team can edit the same document together.
The second sentence only works if that is what the product actually does. Clearer writing still needs accurate facts.

The original skill is part of pstack in the cursor/plugins repository. It is freely accessible at the links above. This page collects the source and a usage prompt; the skill is not an Alex Sidhu product.
